Not just managing consulting and training programs, we have direct experience working for various projects and at various departments in several multinational companies so we better understand the needs of clients. We also have extensive experience as a training provider, managing various programs throughout Indonesia through PT Prioritas (since 2006) then PT Mutual Resources (since 2008) based in Jakarta with hundreds of participants from various companies and other agencies
We have selected highly qualified trainers and practitioners from a wide variety of backgrounds. Our consultants and trainers are practitioners who have worked for major companies such as Newmont Gold Mining, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Kaltim Prima Coal, etc. Some others are alumni or member from well-known organizations such as the Acuity Institute Colorado, IOTA Omega Ventures Singapore & UK, Baltic International Maritime Council (BIMCO), SAIDI School of Organization Development, Australia Development Scholarship (ADS) Alumni, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia's National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), NHI National Hospitality Institute Bandung and various other institutions.
We have also built strategic partnerships with international institutions such as IOTA OMEGA Singapore/UK whereby we can conduct join consulting projects or issue international certificates for some of the training courses especially Project Management, Business Improvement (Six Sigma), and Leadership training
